Elizabeth Milian
Elizabeth is a Florida licensed attorney and Managing Partner at The Milian Legal Group. Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Bar for the United States District Court, Southern District.
Prior to practicing law, Elizabeth began her career in asset management, where she held various roles at a global investment firm. Elizabeth utilizes a client-first approach to provide tailored legal services that support individuals and businesses.
In the South Florida community, Elizabeth supports non-profits serving children and families. She currently serves as a Board Member for The Lucy Project.
David Milian

David is Head of Litigation at The Milian Legal Group, and represents clients in matters brought before federal and state court judges and juries, and domestic and international arbitration panels. David also has significant experience in evaluating and bringing claims on behalf of bankruptcy trustees, receivers, and investors, particularly securities and other commercial fraud actions.
Ralph Echeverría
Ralph Echeverría is an experienced foreign lawyer specializing in International Private Law with expertise in Banking and Finance, International Business Relations, Trade & Negotiations, and the Mining, Oil & Gas industries. He has held leadership roles in academic and consulting environments, serving as the Head of the Department of International Law at the University Rafael Urdaneta and managing ECHEVERRIA & ASSOCIATES, an international consulting firm. Ralph has also been a professor of International Business Law at San Ignacio University, Miami, and has been involved in various diplomatic assignments, including representing Venezuela at the International Maritime Organization. Although not licensed in Florida or any U.S. state, he contributes his expertise in international law, negotiation, and arbitration.
